I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydro Therapy in 2000.
Since then, my life has been all about healing therapies, alleviating pain, conscious living, and self healing.

Back Massage

Pain & stress relief. Promotes healing. Strengthens immune system. Correction of chronic postural issues.

This is a hands-on treatment that may also be combined with manual lymphatic drainage massage as well as myofascial release and deep tissue treatment. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health & life.

30 min $65

Painless deep tissue treatment. Calming and deeply relaxing. Healing. Grounding.

Seems overwhelming? Just start with one or two from this list that feels most comfortable for you and add it to your daily routine.

When that becomes easy and effortless add another one from the list and again wait until it is a part of your easy routine....

And so on; until in about usually a few months you live it :).
